We have two DMS clusters, one on Prem and on in the Cloud. Is it possible to replicate an Element from an On Prem DMA to a Cloud Based DMA?
We've so far had success seeing the elements built on the DMA but once replicated goes immediately into Time Out

This is certainly possible. There is an example on Ziine, which is running in the Cloud, where the network switches are replicated from an Agent in HQ.
Related to the timeout: is it possible that some whitelisting needs to be done in the On-Prem firewall? Or maybe port 8004 (default) as mentioned in this post?

Also make sure to double check latency and connectivity between the two servers.
As additional info: “seeing the element” during the configuration phase works because in that case it is the Cube client setting up connection to the on-prem machine, while for the actual configured replication to work DataMiner needs to be able to set up a connection from the cloud machine itself towards the on-prem machine. And that is probably what is blocked somewhere.
