GQI – How fast does a query update its data?

Hi everyone,

I’m using Generic Query Interface to show booking data into a table in a DataMiner Dashboard:

After the booking is updated, (e.g., status changes) I don’t see an update in the dashboard.

Is there something I can do for the dashboard to update the query data, without having to refresh the dashboard?

At the bottom in the component library, amongst the Feeds, you have a Trigger.  You can link that to your GQI fed component, and choose an interval to refresh.  Not sure in which version this was introduced and if you have it.

It’s available from 10.1.1 onwards, more details can be found in https://community.dataminer.services/documentation/dataminer-v10-1-1-release-notes/#28136.

Also note that the GQI roadmap contains several increments to obtain fully updating results as well.
