DMA DB Error

Hello everyone, I have this error in my DMA (attached) with this error in my database. I recently updated from version 10.1.0.0 to version 10.3.0.0 to try to solve it but it didn\'t work. How can we solve this?

Hi Kaio,
If I am not mistaken this error is related to the database offload feature:

Is there any DB offload configured in your DMA? And if so, could you let us know what DB is configured?

Hi Kaio
If you check the SLDBConnection log, you'll probably see the reason. sometimes the error is on the DB offload side
