How the licensing in dashboard working. Is it depending on the
1 page share to many users as 1 license or
1 page share to 1 user is 1 license and to the 2nd person as 2nd license – how does it works.
If i am sharing a dashboard page to a group mail id – how many simultaneous connections to the same page with the 1 user can be done?

Firstly it depends on whether your DataMiner System is a perpetual-use licensed system or if it is a usage-based deployment.
The Dashboard Sharing capability is a service delivered by the dataminer.services cloud platform. The services delivered by dataminer.services are available to all users, irrespective if you are on perpetual-use or usage-based.
If you are on perpetual-use, then the services of dataminer.services are offered in tiered packages. Here you will find also a description of limitations that apply and how the metering is done. If anything would be unclear in that documentation, feel free to get back to us on this thread and we will further improve the documentation. Note that if you are on perpetual-use, you typically also have an annual maintenance & support plan and with that you automatically have the Essential tier of the dataminer.services offering without any additional charges.
If you are on usage-based, then the full dataminer.services offering is automatically included, and the aforementioned tiers do not apply. Hence you can do unlimited Dashboard Sharing without any constraints. Do note that there are restrictions related to traffic through the cloud, and Dashboard Sharing obviously does generate traffic.
