While using DataMiner backup and restore functionality, I notice that the SoftLaunchOptions.xml file isn’t part of the backup.

Is this the expected behavior?

Hi Bruno,
Do you know if there was an SW task created for this and if this was already resolved?

Bruno Dias [SLC] [DevOps Member] commented 26th April 2023

I think this is a software issue, some soft-launch options cause data to be stored differently (e.g. ElasticTicketing, CassandraCluster) or can have a big impact on the flow of your DMS (e.g. AlarmSquashing, APIDeployment) which you would want to retain during a backup restore.
