Support for SDK-style projects

DIS now supports SDK-style projects in addition to the legacy-style projects. When creating new solutions, SDK-style will be used.

Support for Visual Studio Templates

The .NET SDK comes with many templates but it also allows the creation of custom templates, which is exactly what we did!

We now have a public GitHub repository that contains DataMiner-related templates. Currently, the repository contains solution templates for connectors and Automaton scripts, and more will be added soon.

If you use Visual Studio 2022, the new templates will be available for you in Visual Studio when you create a new project. Select File New Project, and you’ll see them in the Create a new project window. This also means that the menu items have been removed from the File > New tab.
