During the Tech Days events in Mexico I have presented our MS Teams & Slack current integrations. In all Tech Days I received the question about Skyline Plans to integrate WhatsApp in Dataminer Collaboration Package. Is this in the roadmap? Many Dataminer customers operate in their NOCs more with Whatsapp than emails. Does Skyline need a customer or a group of customers to fund this development?

The integration of WhatsApp is currently not on the roadmap of dataminer.services yet. If this is a general feature request, then you can indeed use the feature suggestions like Rene mentioned in the comments. If you specifically need this for a project, then this could also be developed in a connector, and such a connector can be ordered.
