Hi,

I have performed the upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 on our test agent, it says finished, success but it seems to be stuck. What is the best thing to do please?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,
When you click in the ‘localhost’ tab (next to Summary), what do you see?
Can you add a screenshot of the ‘localhost’ tab?

Paul Palmer commented 3rd February 2023

Hi,

I managed to get out of this by restarting the server, when it came up again it stated that it was upgrading and it completed.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Paul,

As Miguel mentioned, you need to click on the "localhost" tab to see more details.

Based on the timestamps in the image you sent, is probably that the upgrade was not executed.

Lately upgrading to 10.2 you need another step before the upgrade which is the following:
VerifyClusterPorts.dmupgrade | DataMiner Docs

After following the above-mentioned step, I'm sure your upgrade will work.

Regards.

Indeed, this tool checks if all necessary ports are open.
Can you double check that ports 4222 6222 8222 and 9090 are open between all the DMAs in the cluster?
