we are using a Visio were thumbnails from third party devices are embedded - this works as a thumbnail multiviewer, and it does perform nicely in most cases. However, we experience an issue were on some few machines some users are not able to see the thumbnails, but instead get the following error:
We don't know wich logging is meant, and it is mysterious that this happens
- only on some few machines, but only for some users (all users are operating based on the same rights), and
- for the users that experience this issue the multiviewer / thumbnail display works just fine on a different, personal client machine (laptop).
We have tried to modify the user rights in DataMiner: even with Admin rights there is no difference.
Any thoughts what might be the cause for this, which logging is meant?

The logging that is referred to here is the Cube logging, see https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Troubleshooting/Logging/Consulting_the_DataMiner_logs/Cube_logging.html
This will mosty likely mention something about the CefSharp package failing to download or install. Possibly due to connection problems (e.g. failing on an untrusted HTTPS certificate or mismatched hostname), or due to permission problems (the current user in Windows not having permission to download or execute software).
The CefSharp browser engine is downloaded and installed per user, per machine, in their %LocalAppData%\Skyline\DataMiner\DataMinerCube\CefSharp folder.

If these are video thumbnails it could be related to certain codecs not being installed on the client machine(s) for the users that are experiencing issues.
