We have a use case that requires very similar monitoring but in a different DMS.
Is it possible to take a templated service from one DMS to another, without manually rebuilding the template?

Hi Rebecca,
Sure, this is possible although you'll need to copy the template from the C:\Skyline DataMiner\Services folder available on the DataMiner agent hosting the service. Of course, it could be good to check the contents of the file, as you might understand that some static information (e.g. element ID's) might not be present on that other DMS.
