As far as I can see, service templates only allow a limited subset of what is possible in the RCA configuration.

While you can add multiple parents to a node, "Add parent" or "Add child" always add a new block and each block requires a unique child element to be selected, making it impossible to create the cross-like setup that you're trying to make.
