We noticed that offloads are not reaching the database. We performed a compaction to clear out old files but are still observing this. We can see in the logs there is a lock violation occurring:
What does this lock violation mean and is there a way to clear this violation?
Regarding the lock violation issue, I connected to the DMA today to check if it could cause any side effects and to identify which file is being violated, but I couldn't find any.
According to previous occurrences, this error is harmless and should disappear with a DMA restart or server reboot.
It appears to be related to the files that are shared across the DMS and are located here: C:\Skyline DataMiner\Documents.
