Hi Dojo,
After getting cloud-connected last week, we are having some issues visualizing a certain element on the monitoring app.
On Cube, it's active and fully running.
If we click on State, it looks like it knows that the element is active.
Any idea about what could be causing this?

If you also installed/enabled the support assistant with remote log collection on the agent that host the element this should be a rather straight forward invistigation from our side:
