Low-Code App – Configure Login Timeout

Hi Dojo,

When we open-up a Low-Code App from the ‘Web Apps’ section in DataMiner Cube, we see that by default the connection is lost after roughly 1 hour of inactivity.

Is there any way we can configure this timeout value?

Hi Stacey,
As far as I recall, there are no disconnections.
See this question:
https://community.dataminer.services/question/can-low-code-apps-and-dashboards-remain-open-permanently/?hilite=dashboard+timeout
There is also a feature suggestion to allow disconnection:

Hi Stacey,

As Miguel mentioned, there isn’t a built-in disconnection feature. The issue you’re facing is likely related to IIS recycling, which can be adjusted on the web server, though it usually occurs at longer intervals.

If recycling isn’t the cause, a more in-depth investigation may be needed.

Do you also encounter this when the web app is not launched through Cube?
