I would start by looking at the content of the <Properties> section in the Element.xml file for the specific elements.

The Class Library shipped with DIS, provides you the options to get all elements. For each of those elements, you are able to also get the properties. I believe when you're fetching this myElement.Properties, you will get logging similar to this:
