In my Process Automation setup I get some stuck error tokens from time to time.
How can I identify why a token transitioned into an error state?

I’ll reach out to you directly, as neither log file contains any indication as to why the tokens are flagged as failed.

Since I’m also starting to use PA, I’ve also been thinking about error handling.
I’ve created an error state and I also created an error message field in the DOM definition, which I intend the error handling to fill in the error message if something goes wrong.
Does this seem like a good way of working?

For each token pushed into a process, a log file gets generated ( see https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Standard_Apps/PA/Advanced_Configuration/PA_Logging.html)
The Element log files of the associated Queue Elements could also give valuable information.
In case they do not contain any useful information, please create a task so that we can further investigate.
