We currently have a problem with a cloud-connected DataMiner system. DataMiner node claims it is cloud-connected, I can also access the node via the cloud-link, but cannot share dashboards any more.
Any idea what went wrong and how to fix this?

we have a known issue in the caching mechanism of the web API's. Sometimes the cloud connection state is not correctly refreshed which leads the web apps to believe that the system is not connected to the cloud. The good news is that this has been fixed in FR version 10.2.4 and in MR version 10.2.0(CU0).
As a workaround in earlier versions you can just restart the Web API's in IIS Manager.
