Hi Dojo,

I have Cisco Switch 9300, I am using version 5.1.6.18,

I need to show in DMA SFP values ( Optical Power, temperture ,..)

As Show below the values are missing 

when I telnet on the switch I got values

I have another Cisco switches 9300 and I can get values

I dont know what I missed when I added this switch,

Please Advise

Assuming this is the Cisco Manager connector, I’d advise to check the polling configuration section of the element and make sure there isn’t anything disabled which deals with the sensors.

Can you share the protocol name and version?

To help troubleshooting if DataMiner is polling
the Parameters / OIDs needed, I suggest using Stream Viewer. It will monitor real-time communication between DMA and element, so you can see if your switch is answering.
Also it is worth searching the element log for errors.

Hi Yasser,

If I remember correctly each switch defines which data can be polled over SNMP. Is it possible that for this specific switch the OIDs aren't exposed?
