Arista Manager – Download Visio on Catalog

I downloaded the Arista Visio from our catalog: Catalog (dataminer.services).

The Visio just shows a black screen.

However it looks like the Visio works with our generic switch element. Any idea how to make it work for Arista switches?

Hi Thomas,

I had a quick look at the Visio file and I don’t see a reason why you should see a black screen only. Shapes are linked to the element using the placeholder [this element]. As long as the Visio file is assigned to an element, it should work.

Could you confirm that the Visio file is assigned correclty to the element?

Hi Miguel, we noticed that the Visio file of the Generic Switch connector is assigned while the one of the Arista Manager connector is available in GIT. Where does this mismatch comes from?
