As far as I know, currently there is no out-of-the-box functionality to import permissions based on a file.
Based on your case, I will try to take a different approach. Instead of asking end users to choose what permissions should be applied (for each specific module), maybe you could ask what preset should be applied. Currently we have the following presets:
- No rights: Deselects all rights.
- Operators: Provides access to basic DataMiner functionality, without any permission to edit or delete elements, services, Automation scripts, documents, etc.
- Power users: Provides full access to the DMS, without any permission to change the DMS configuration.
- Administrators (read-only access to security): Selects all rights, except security configuration rights.
- Administrators: Selects all rights.

Thank you for the assistance. We are planning to ask our customer, tick/untick the necessary permission for them for the Access Control Level. So, when they have confirmed and sent back to us, easier for us to create the user in DMA referring on their demands. That is the reason for us requesting excel format of user/group permissions to provide to our customer to fill it up depending on their needs.
