While previously, the DataMiner web apps still had limited compatibility with Internet Explorer 11, with the release of DataMiner 10.2.0, they will no longer support Internet Explorer at all.
In DataMiner 10.2.0, all DataMiner web apps will be upgraded to use Angular 12 instead of Angular 10, which means that the following DataMiner apps and functionality will no longer be available in Internet Explorer:
- The DataMiner landing page
- The Dashboards app
- The Ticketing app
- The Jobs app
- The Monitoring app
- The Application Framework module (currently still in soft launch)
- Automation Script execution in embedded web browser (currently still in soft launch)
Note that for now we continue to support the use of DataMiner Cube in Internet Explorer, although it is highly recommended to use the DataMiner Cube desktop app instead. For more information, refer to our FAQ page.
