DOCOMO PACIFIC, Guam’s total telecom and entertainment services provider, has extended its existing DataMiner deployment.

DOCOMO PACIFIC’s extended DataMiner operation now also includes the management of its distribution network, leveraging the powerful Experience & Performance Management (EPM) solution. The project consisted of building a digital twin of the service delivery setup, which provides unprecedented observability of customer experience metrics.
