On one of my environments I am not able to connect to the dataminer instance after starting it up and I get this error in the SLDB Connection Logs:

as far as i'm ware this was eventually tackled as a support ticket?
For critical issues such as the database that fails to initialize i would recommend always to reach out as fast as possible to techsupport@skyline.be
However, i still wanted to add to this question, in case something happens on a staging environment or outside business hours we have implemented now a flowchart that already has some great tips and tricks for these kind of investigations
