Hi All

I have client who is facing  issue on opening DataMiner web client / cube. We have given below as prerequisites.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

Optional (when using web services): Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 for Microsoft .NET http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14089

*********************************************************

Please let me know if anything else required as prerequisites .

Sometimes they use VM machines.

Hi Divagar,

Please note that the minimum client requirements for DataMiner 9.6.0 specify .NET Framework version 4.6.2

We even recommend installing the latest version (4.8 at the time of writing) provided by Microsoft.

Please see the DataMiner client requirements at DataMiner Client Requirements - DataMiner Dojo .

From 9.6+ versions, Microsoft .NET framework version 4.6.2 is required.

Please could you double check that all the requirements described in DataMiner Client Requirements are available in the client PCs where you are experiencing these issues?
