Hi,
I have a table (param ID: 3000).
I have a shape that has the following shape data:
- Element: MyElement
- Paramater:3000|ALARM
I'm expecting the shape to show the alarm colour of the table. i.e. alarm colour of the row with the highest severity alarm. But it doesn't - it only shows grey colour.
Is it supposed to work like what I'm expecting? If not, how can I make a shape to show the alarm colour of the table?
Thanks.
Hi Trong,
As Ive mentioned, it is not possible to use the ALARM option with a full table. A possible workaround is to use the shape data AlarmSummary.
This data shape allows to link an alarm filter to a shape. Using the option 'Alarm', you can display in the summary alarm state of the alarm list. In the alarm filter you can include the columns from the table that are monitored.
Hope it helps.
Paramater:3000|ALARM
Also just flagging the typo in your visio, Parameter, not Paramater.
I've had a spelling error typo in some shape data before that I didn't spot till I went around in circles 5 times trying to get something to work.
Hi Trong,
The |ALARM option will not work with a full table.
I don't believe there is an easy way to show the highest severity of all cells in one table.
I believe it's best to file a new feature request.
