Any OSS/BSS application is only as good as the data it’s built on. As a result, data modeling is a critical first step in every evolution or transformation initiative. And with the Stateful DataMiner Object Model (DOM), you can create and manage the most powerful flows you can imagine.
Just take a look at this brief video where we demonstrate the Stateful DOMs:
Or read about it
What are DataMiner Object Models (DOMs)?
Data modeling is the process of creating logical representations of the data stored in an operation.
The DataMiner Object Model (or DOM) enables quick modeling and management of any type of administrative or business-related data in your DataMiner System, e.g. ticketing and jobs information, planned maintenance records, product catalog data, contractual and customer records, etc.
All your defined DOM instances are stored in an Elasticsearch database to ensure high performance and scalability.
You can then easily observe and manage your modeled instances and their records in a highly customizable user-defined dashboard. These dashboards are made up of form components that can be auto-generated from your pre-defined object definitions.
Stateful DOM
The Stateful DOM introduces a whole new level of efficiency: DOM definitions and their respective fields have the ability to change as they move across different states. This enables you to create even more powerful, automated flows in DataMiner.
