Hi Bruno,

The purpose of the correlation analyzers is to create correlation rules in an automated manner. With a correlation analyzer you can analyse the alarms of a certain view, element or alarmfilter. When the analysis is done you get the results (suggestions for a correlation rule). When you right click on these results you can add it to the  correlation rules. Here you can see the suggested correlation rule, modify if necessary, and save it.

Hi Bruno,

I refer to the help: Configuring an analyzer | DataMiner Docs

You can analyze a view, element, or based on an alarm filter. I also depends what your use-case actually is. You can also analyze history alarms.

After the Analyzer is done analyzing, it will suggest a correlation rule based on it’s analysis.
