WEB dashboards unavailable locally in Cube

Hi Community,

we include WEB dashboards as reports to emails regularly sent to monitor performance of our system.

The dashboard could be selected and attached to a report when connected to Cube via dataminer.services

On the other side, the dashboard is missing in the list when connected to Cube locally (accessing by IP address on the LAN)

As you may see, all the WEB dashboard seem to be missing from the list. However I can access the dashboards locally in WEB browser.

I'm connected to Cube using the same user in both cases.

We have self hosted DMS with local cassandra/opensearch.

Hi Miloš,

My guess is that Cube fails to fetch the available Dashboards because it doens't have a valid certificate configured. Do you see any kind of certificate warning when opening a dashboard in your browser?

Hi Seppe, indeed, I had to import the DMA certificate onto the local machine where I was connecting to Cube from.
