VLC component not correctly displayed – Visio missing?

Hi,

We are using DataMiner cube app to view a certain videostream, and with the new client, it is no longer visible. In fact, we do not have the option to download the visio too, please check the below image :

As you can see, right clicking on the overview does not provide the option to download the visio. These are the version details :
Server version : 10.1.0.0-11229 CU10
Client version : 10.1.2046.9952-af35e33c
Launcher version : 10.1.2138.1350-ab664991

Previously, we used

Client version               : 10.0.1947.6954
and the videostream worked.

Is there a workaround/solution for this ? TIA 🙂

To edit or download the Visio, maybe you could use the hamburger menu of your card?

Hi Jarno,
Thanks for the suggestion but the UseIE option does not work. I need to install VLC media player on every possible client; only then this is working.
