If we want to have a visual overview assigned to a view to display the state of all the services under that view (note the number of services can be big), what would be the best way to display this information? I think a list format would be the ideal but how can we define that in Visio?

Hi Paulo,
You might get some inspiration from the dashboard page in the SRM solution.
Some key functionality:
- Switch between large service icons and small service dots
- Sort by name or severity
- Show all services or only alarming services
