I'm using the trend component on my Visual Overview so that when a user clicks on a shape a popup window appears with the trend graph of a specific parameter.
Is it possible that I can link to the trend graph inside the element card instead?

I don't believe this is possible just yet. Currently, navigation is supported to all available pages in the element card. This means that we can navigate to the data page of a certain parameter, but the user will still need to click the trend icon before navigating to the trend graph.
This isn't the first time I hear this request though, so I would suggest to create a new feature task for this.
