Graphical / Visio views are not visible on mobile version anymore, is it because we revoked access port 80? graphical view which was fine before.

This is indeed the result of the revoked access to port 80.
The visuals in the HTML5 interface will only work over HTTPS on DataMiner systems running version 10.0.10 or later (RN26839).

Sadly the error message is not completely clear for these types of issues. Likely the process failed to initialize properly that provides the Visual Overviews. Could you check if the SLUIProvider.txt gives you any extra info? this is located in your Skyline DataMiner/logging folder on the server.
If you don’t see anything in particular, feel free to contact your TAM to create an issue task with all the necessary info (like these logging files).
