Hi, dojo – any workaround available to avoid manual reordering of columns in view cards?

This is a follow up from this older question: https://community.dataminer.services/question/any-method-to-define-the-default-column-order-in-the-different-cube-sections/?hilite=save%20columns – where it was confirmed that re-ordering columns has limited support for a “View” card, while a “save layout” option has been implemented for the columns in element tables.

As a consequence, manual reordering needs to happen when quickly opening views to retrieve the global state for many elements:

I think this feature suggestion is still relevant, but any shortcut that can save time, ad-interim, please give me a shout 😉

Depending on which application and feature set you would wish to use, there are a couple of alternatives. In Visual Overview, you could use the Listview while in Dashboards and Low Code Apps there are also several options.

I hope one of those can help you achieve your goals.
