Dataminer is running V10.3.10 however VerifyClusterPorts returns the error copied below.
The required ports 4222, 6222 & 9090 are not blocked and SLNET authenticates between the DMA pair. Are there any suggestions please regarding these results copied below after running VerifyClusterPorts?

Hi Paul,
I haven’t seen the issue before, but can you try with a NATS reset if this resolves your problem? It seems that there is no connection between the server you’re triggering the package from and the other one. This could be of an issue within the NATS table. By clicking this link and following the steps you should be able to recreate the NATS table.

After performing this, can you retrigger the VerifyClusterPorts package to see if the problem still occurs?
