I am trying to establish a connection using DIS to my DMA. My DMA shows an active cloud connection. But upon entering the connection details it is unable to communicate to DMA.
1. What are the requirements to publish protocols directly to DMA?
2. Need help for further troubleshooting.

Could you change the host value in DIS to the cloud url? You can find the url when you navigate to your system on dataminer.services:

You can start it manually by going to "Task Manager" > "Services" and look for DataMiner ApiGateway. If you find the service there you can right-click and select the "Start" option in the context menu that pops up.
I see APIGateway is running, but i get the same error, is there any other configuration i could be missing?

can you share me the identity of your system? That way I can check some things to see if everything is configured correctly.
The easiest way to do this is to go to https://admin.dataminer.services and then copy the URL from the system. This will contain the IDs I need to further investigate.
I tried adding the host details, post that when i try to test connection i get a "APIGateway is Unavailable" error. I checked on my server for APIGateway, i dont see it running in the services list. I tried installing it from the ModuleInstaller directory under Tools it shows that APIGateway is already installed, and i only have the option to remove it. Is there a way to manually start APIGateway?
