Unable to connect DataMiner Cube

Dear Team,

I am unable to connect the DataMiner Cube. The licence is valid till 31st July 2023.

I am getting the below error:

Something went wrong: Cloud not retrieve versions from server cc7156b7-7a80-4304-b879-cbd8d057921c.on.dataminer.services 

Last error: Web resource not found (404); http://cc7156b7-7a80-4304-b879-cbd8d057921c.on.dataminer.services/DataMinerCubeStandAlone/DataMinerCube.application

Sorry for the late response but the DataMiner agent should be reachable again. Feel free to let me know if you would have any more problems.

Dear,

The system should be accessible again.
I'm further investigating what the root cause was, but the automatic restart of the system got stuck.
I fixed this and did a DataMiner restart, the system is now up and running again.

I'll further check and keep an eye on the system.
