I’m setting up an Time range to get things in the future, now i can choose under Default range for starting from now for 1 hour 6 hours in the future. However under quick picks all future options are missing. They are all in the past.

I’m i doing something wrong or us the time range quick picks supposed to not show the future.
And is there an way to reset the time range to the default without refreshing the whole app?

Fully agree – this is a short coming.  The time pickers originate from people looking at trend performance graphs or for example and alarm history (which is always in the past).  Your use case is no doubt about bookings for example, and this is mainly forward looking.  We should prioritize fixing that.

It indeed is about bookings. I’ve started with intake who are fine with this month etc. But our operators want to have a more smaller scope for the shift ahead.

Thanks a lot for these valuable suggestions Gerwin. It’s sometimes easy to overlook these quick wins when developing a generic platform. We are confident that both of your suggestions will significantly enhance the user experience and functional capabilities of the time range component. It’s through feedback like yours that we can continue to improve and deliver a better product. I have created these items and placed them on our backlog. You should have access to them (https://collaboration.dataminer.services/task/213505 and https://collaboration.dataminer.services/task/213506).

I saw it appear, Thanks!

With the release of version 10.3.10 (target is September 22nd), we are introducing the capability to utilize quick picks for future time intervals. Furthermore, you will have the flexibility to configure which quick picks you wish to display. This feature empowers you to create dashboards that focus on historical data as well as those geared towards future insights.
