I am currently trying to create an automation process to trigger a ticket in spark whenever an alarm gets generated on dataminer.
And I am planning on using the existing CAG API to achieve this. Could someone let me know if there is any test API and test Spark environment for developing purpose. Also, is there any document that I can refer to know how to consume this API, what are the parameters that are required and to know more about this API.
Hi, I did a quick scan of our catalogue and don’t see any previous integration with this third party ticketing system.
Irrespective of this my advise will be to reach out to the vendor to provide you with their developer documentation on how to integrate with their API.
Depending on your use-case consuming the API in Dataminer can be done via a dedicated driver /connector or automation.
