Our LCD DMS is cloud connected and my account is also linked but I receive error when trying to go to the home tap and use Apps. Any help will be appreciated.

as a first step you could go to the Task Manager and see if you can detect any services that are stopped in there. Look for services starting with "DataMiner". If so, try to start them again and check if the system is now available.
If possible could you contact us at support.cloud.ecosystem@skyline.be? We will try to gather some logging from your system to further debug the issue.

Had similar problem. When trying to deploy packages from Catalog, it would shot the error message described in this question. Connected to the server and opened the task manager just find service “DataMiner ArtifactDeployer” was stopped. I started it and I can now deploy packages from Catalog. Thanks!
Thank you. Only DataMiner DataAggregator is stopped but after I start it, it stops again.
