I have a dataminer system, which is using an external Cassandra cluster.
In the overview page on the system center, the database size shows up with a 0kb value.
I'd like to understand how DataMiner calculates this size and how the metric is retrieved.
Does anyone have any insights?
As far as I'm aware, the data comes from the DataMiner agents, where in case of Cassandra the information comes from a local "nodetool tablestats" request. So seeing 0 for external clusters does somewhat make sense.
(On MySQL systems, queries get executed directly on the database)
The information is updated once per hour, as part of health reports that get forwarded to CDMR (when enabled)
