When logging in to cube we still keep on seeing information events from 27/06 -28/06 in the information events tab of DataMiner cube.
These information events always remain, and it does not seem possible to clear them.
How can these be removed?
By the looks of it, these information events were created through the GenerateAlarmMessage where only a Value has been specified. Probably a script or driver generated these. This leaves you with an open information event which will indeed pop up in every Cube session information tab.
Unfortunately there's no support in Cube to clear these directly from the alarm console.
The easiest way to get rid of all of them would be to restart the DataMiner Agent.
To clear them at runtime, you could look into the SetAlarmState SLNet request with State=7 (cleared) and DataMinerID + AlarmID filled out. The info event might not disappear in active Cube sessions though but should be gone on a new Cube session.
