We learned that it is necessary to have a network shared folder to have logs for bookings on SRM.
Q1 - Is it possible to have booking logs if we map a network drive and configure its folder path in Booking Manager app? Or it strictly needs to be a network shared folder?
Q2 - Is there an alternative to have local in a local path? We are looking to this alternative because due to some IT constraints, it's taking some time to have a network drive available.
Using a shared folder is the only way currently supported.
Q1 : If you map a network drive on the DMA and configure its local folder path in Booking Manager app, then the Visio-based booking UI won't be able to open the log file in case you're connected from a client machine
Q2 : same consequence as Q1
This is correct ( if you’re talking about the option to map the network drive in windows)
Hi Emmanuel,
But the logs still exist, correct? They can’t be displayed only due to the network. Is this correct?
