Hi Dojo,
When I create silent bookings I notice that only the contributing has a owner assigned, while the main hasn't.
Is there a way to have the owner filled in for both or for none?
Hi David, The bookings are created with a silent booking script which is triggered from a Visual. The contributing booking is created by the SRM Framework (1.2.20).
Feel free to create a task so we can investigate what is happening.
Skyline Booking Manager has a Booking Locking feature that allows users to lock bookings to their own user.
If Booking Locking is set to disabled the "Owner" should be Empty.
If Booking Locking is set to Enabled the "Owner" is expected to be the username of the user that triggered the script to create such booking.
If your use case does not follow under any of the above circumstances please open a task providing SRM version, log files and use case description.
Hi Jens, could you provide further information on how the bookings get created:
Are these bookings being created from Automation Scripts? If so, how are these scripts getting triggered? From Visio, From Scheduler, From Automation App, from another script?
Are Main and contributing bookings created from the exact same C# execution?
Which SRM version are you using?
Thank you for your attention.
