Hi Bruno,

You need to configure the from email address in DataMiner. Here is a snippet from the help:

To specify the default “From” address to be used in outgoing email messages, do the following:

1.Go to Apps > System Center.

2.In System Center, go to Agents > system.

3.In the Email box, specify the default “From” address.

4.Click Save.

5.Restart the DataMiner Agent.
