Hi,
I am working on a customer deployment to deploy Dataminer with DBs(OpenSearch and Cassandra) installed as separate EC2 instances in AWS. For this configuration, with Casssandra install, its recommended that we use Cassandra 4.x for new setups in the Dataminer documentation. Does this need to be installed with Amazon Linux 2(am using the AMI with Kernel 5.1) as prescribed in Cassandra documentation or can we use the latest Amazon Linux 2023 AMI as well?
Hi Gowrish,
I see you have been able to go ahead with this in your post:
No connection error from Dataminer to Cassandra DB (in separate EC2 instance) - DataMiner Dojo
Would further information still be needed?
Please let us know if this is the case, we are happy to help!
Hello, Can someone please share their insights on this query?
