Please, Dojo

is it expected behaviour that this kind of RTEs is still kept in the Active alarms even when it gets the "solved" status?

Also, what's the interpretation to give for this "+-1" pending?
+1-1=0=solved?

Still very frequent in 10.2.4

no comments received so far – is this an uncommon thing then?

Rene De Posada [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 6th January 2023

Are you able to right-click and delete any?

Alberto De Luca [DevOps Enabler] commented 6th January 2023

Apparently these can’t be cleared: “Clear Alarm…” is not present in the right-click menu for these alarm entries – will add a screenshot below

As this question continues to be inactive, I will close it now. If you still need assistance, please contact techsupport@skyline.be.

Hi Dojo – this seemed to be related to the calls in the specific protocol.
Will re-open if found again.
Thanks

I haven't got any "negative index" ProtocolThread RTE now - so will doublecheck at the next occurrence if any (we had a system upgrade, so will confirm if still happening).

At present I find only "positive index" Protocol Thread RTEs and these don't present the "Clear Alarm..." function in the context menu:

other RTEs do
