The installation of the cloud pack fails with the error:

Service 'DataMiner CloudGateway' (DataMiner CloudGateway) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I used the (no .NET5) installer since the system runs 10.2

I executed the installer as Administrator.

Hi Jeroen, I had possibly the same issue. On DataMiner 10.2 before CU4, there was no .NET 5.0 installed. You will have to use the DataMiner Cloud Pack with .NET5.0 embedded. This will be unnecessary from 10.2 CU4 onwards.

That was the problem indeed.
The documentation didn’t mention CU4, only that from 10.2 onwards the .NET 5 was not needed anymore.
