Followed this guide - Installing DataMiner using the DataMiner Installer | DataMiner Docs for install.
Localhost is Windows 2022 Server. With .Net 4.8 version installed
Can you try reaching /root instead of /dataminercube? Also, would it be possible to upgrade your DM to newer version? I was able to resolve similar issue by upgrading to 10.3 version. Ideally you would upgrade to the newset version 10.4.
