Reducing page file usage

Hello,

A DMA server is currently seeing a page file usage of 97%. However the memory usage is quite low:

While it is recommended to let Windows handle the page file, is there any way we can find which processes are using the page file ? How do we handle such issues in general ?
I did come across this article - https://www.m-files.com/user-guide/2018/eng/inspecting_page_file_usage_in_performance_monitor.html; however, it does not reveal the exact processes. Thank you.
