Hi Dojo,

I'm looking to get started with the QA Portal.

There is a post regarding the QAPortalAPI with a sample use case but it requires some credentials such as portalUrl, ClientID, and API key.

What is the correct procedure to retrieve these credentials?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,

Just to inform everyone... Only Skyline employees are able to provide you with this information. Our QAPortal is at this moment in time still internal and allows us to have an overview of all regression tests reporting from DataMiner systems in the wild.

By registering an external cluster in the QAPortal, you will get an e-mail notification with the listed credentials.

Kind Regards,
Jarno

Hi Jarno,
Thanks for the explanation and provided links.
The intention is to set this up on a internal system in order to test it and then deploy this on the system of our customer.

There’s also the possibility to add internal systems, which do not require the Client ID and API key (they can have dummy text) and this uses a different endpoint.
